While the lobby lacks any warmth and feels bland, the parking area is rather cramped for larger vehicles!!! The lack of a true ski-in/ski-out option was quite misleading, and the overall modernization of the place could greatly enhance the stay!!!

During my stay, I found the hotel just a few steps from Casa Eyre and less than a 5-minute walk to the Iron Museum, which made my explorations around La Massana so enjoyable. the friendly staff and comfortable room really added to my experience.

Had a great time with friends! The buffet dining was really solid with fresh options. The bar area was a fun spot with games, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful nature around and took advantage of the nearby gondola for skiing. A fun and relaxed location for a group trip!
One downside was that the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room was a bit inconvenient, but we managed.
